Regarding the development, Moosewala’s parents have not yet released an official statement. But according to “family sources, the delivery was anticipated shortly.” For more than six months, Charan Kaur has avoided the spotlight, according to the article. Moosewala’s parents reportedly underwent in vitro fertilization (IVF) in order to conceive their daughter.

Murder Sidhu Moosewala

May 29, 2022 was Moosewala’s murder date. Prominent singer Moosewala was killed in Punjab on May 29, 2022, and Satwinder Singh, also known as Satinderjit Singh, also known as Goldy Brar, has taken credit for the killing. It is also reported that Brar plays a significant role in the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

“Sidhu Moose Wala possessed egotism.” He abused his financial and political influence. He needed to learn a lesson, and he did so,” Goldy Brar had stated to India Today.

Moosewala ran as a Congress candidate from Mansa in the Punjab Assembly Elections of 2022. But Dr. Vijay Singla of the Aam Aadmi Party defeated him. In December of 2021, the singer became a member of the Congress.

In this instance, up to 31 accused parties have been identified. In related circumstances, the Punjab Police detained Mandeep Singh, also known as Chotta Mani, a Chandigarh resident and close aide to Lawrence Bishnoi, this month.

Director General of Police (DGP) Punjab Gaurav Yadav claimed on Saturday that Mandeep Singh had “offered hideouts to accused persons involved in Sidhu Moosewala’s murder and assisted escape of Gangster Deepak Tinu in 2017.”

Meanwhile, in August 2022, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed a case under the UA(P)A against the organized crime organization led by gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his associates. According to the agency’s investigations, the gang operated criminal networks akin to the Mafia throughout multiple states in the nation.

Family sources told Tribune that Sidhu Moosewala’s mother Charan Kaur, 58, is expecting a kid. Kaur reportedly had IVF surgery to conceive the child, who is expected in March. Her only kid, Sidhu, was shot and killed in May 2022. It is rare to become pregnant naturally after the age of fifty, and reproductive assistance may be required. In addition to assessing the ovaries, uterus, and reproductive organs, a thorough health screening is necessary to determine any pre-existing medical issues that might affect the woman’s ability to conceive or carry a pregnancy. Older mothers may experience high blood pressure and gestational diabetes; therefore, it is critical to lead a healthy lifestyle to avoid difficulties.

The likelihood of a safe pregnancy can be increased if you intend to become a mother after the age of fifty by treating your pre-existing conditions, reducing stress, and scheduling regular visits. Late-life pregnancy has a number of health hazards, including the potential for issues like hypertension and osteoporosis, according to Dr. Aruna Kalra.

“At this age, a number of health issues, including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid issues, and osteoporosis, can manifest. Furthermore, the age factor makes it impossible for one to generate viable eggs, so donation eggs from a young, healthy donor are required. Using the father’s sperm and donor eggs, embryos are externally generated by in vitro fertilization (IVF) and subsequently placed inside the woman’s uterus. But at this age, the ovaries are probably menopausal or perimenopausal, thus extra hormone assistance is needed for pregnancy.

However, since the ovaries are no longer manufacturing hormones, taking supplements of hormones like progesterone may have an impact on health, including blood pressure, blood sugar, and heart health. Due to these variables, being pregnant after the age of 50 has a high risk because of pre-existing medical issues and poor health, according to Dr. Aruna Kalra, CK Birla Hospital in Gurugram’s director of obstetrics and gynecology.

“If you want to have a child after the age of 50, you will need in vitro fertilization, or IVF, as natural conception is not feasible after the age of 58. You will need a few key items—about eight in total—during your pregnancy journey. As the risk of diabetes and hypertension rises with age, you will require more frequent testing as well as more visits to your doctor. Pregnancy-induced hypertension and gestational diabetes risk also rise.

There is a higher risk of miscarriages, pregnancy loss, and early birth when you plan a baby later in life. The mother has a higher risk of having a cesarean section. Then it is the baby’s turn. What problems could a child have if their mother is elderly, say over fifty years old? “explains Dr. Pallavi Vasal, Unit Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Marengo Asia Hospital in Gurugram.

Take Care

Seeking preconception counseling from a medical practitioner before attempting to conceive is beneficial for older mothers. Pre-existing condition assessment, discussion of potential risks, and management strategies will assist with this, according to Dr. Vikas Yadav, Sharda Hospital’s infertility and IVF specialist.

The precautions to take are as follows:

Monitoring the health of both the mother and the fetus requires regular prenatal appointments.
Older mothers have a higher prevalence of gestational diabetes and hypertension. Regular monitoring of blood pressure and blood sugar levels is necessary to help diagnose and treat these conditions.
One must maintain a healthy diet and get enough sleep. Strive to reduce your stress level because an older pregnancy might also provide emotional challenges. They should abstain from all forms of alcohol, tobacco, and narcotics.
In addition to folic acid, older moms should prioritize calcium and vitamin D.

“There are a few crucial measures that a lady over 50 who is thinking about IVF needs to take. She should first have a thorough medical examination to determine whether she has any underlying medical issues that might affect her ability to become pregnant or maintain a pregnancy. A complete evaluation of her ovaries, uterus, and reproductive organs is also necessary. This evaluation should include testing to determine her hormone levels, ovarian reserve, and uterine health. In order to protect the mother and any prospective children, screening for age-related risks is essential.

This includes taking care of issues like gestational diabetes and hypertension. Given the higher risks of conception at a later age, including as problems and chromosomal abnormalities, it is critical that women considering IVF speak with their fertility specialist in-depth about the potential risks, restrictions, and anticipated results of the process. The likelihood of success, the potential for multiple pregnancies, and any other pertinent factors should all be covered in this conversation, according to Dr. Kalra.
